Please allow 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for order processing.
SHIPPING RATES & TIMELINES
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Please note that orders to Canadian destinations may take 1-7 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed, depending on the shipping method selected and final destination of the order.
We offer Canada Post shipping to most locations. Alternative carriers may be selected at our sole discretion to meet shipping requirements. Your final shipping cost is displayed at checkout. Orders over $100.00 qualify for free shipping!
If you haven’t received shipping confirmation of your order within 3 days of receiving your order confirmation email, please contact us at beautysourcecanada@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
SHIPPING FEES
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse a Beauty Source by Yanti shipment, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible Beautysourcecanada@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
We currently do not ship internationally.
CURBSIDE PICKUP
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our store located at 4234 Lawrence Ave E. Unit 2a, Scarborough ON, M1E 2S5. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within a few hours if placed before 1 pm EST. Please allow up to 1 business day for orders placed after business hours. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 11 am - 6pm on Mondays-Saturdays. Sunday pickup can be arranged, please contact beautysourcecanada@gmail.com. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
